Consultation Policy (Scheduling, Attendance & Payments)

All consultation and strategy session purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a session has been purchased.
Clients may request one reschedule with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of 700 Noir Solutions Inc.
Failure to attend a scheduled session, failure to provide proper notice, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.
All sessions must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Failure to schedule may result in forfeiture of the session.

Payment Terms

All payments are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to all pricing, payment structures (including payment plans, if applicable), and terms associated with the product or service.
Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized claims that contradict this agreement may be contested with supporting documentation of these terms.
